1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using PokerDataOS you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the service.
2. The service
PokerDataOS is a web platform for poker analysis and study: it imports your hand histories and provides stats, leaks, a hand replayer, a preflop trainer, sessions, mental game and bankroll tools. We do not offer real-money gambling or process bets.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the platform. Poker involves financial risk; you alone are responsible for your gaming decisions.
4. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@pokerdataos.com if you notice unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to try to access other users’ data and not to interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Plans and prices
PokerDataOS is offered as monthly or yearly subscription plans (Starter, Pro and Elite). Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the plans page before you pay. If we change a price, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and the change will apply from your next billing period.
7. Card payments (Paddle)
Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle charges the order, issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes. When you pay by card you also accept Paddle’s buyer terms. Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
8. USDT payments
You can also pay with USDT through NOWPayments, on the network shown on the invoice. Each USDT payment covers a single period and does not renew automatically: we will email you before it expires. The plan is activated once the network confirms the payment for the stated amount; an incomplete payment, or one sent after the invoice expired, is reviewed manually by writing to billing@pokerdataos.com.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time from the management link in Paddle’s email or by writing to billing@pokerdataos.com. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period already paid and you will not be charged again.
10. Refunds
We offer a full refund if you request it within 14 days of each charge. The details are in our Refund Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The PokerDataOS software, design and content belong to us. Your hand histories and data are yours: we only use them to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
PokerDataOS is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee gaming results and are not liable for financial losses arising from the use of the analyses.
13. Responsible gaming
We promote responsible gaming. If you think your gaming may be a problem, seek professional help. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
