1. Data we collect
We collect the account data you give us (email, username), the gaming data you choose to record or import (sessions, hands, cashier movements) and your payment records (plan, amount, date and status; never your card number).
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service: to generate your analyses, stats and diagnostics, manage your subscription and support you. We also use game summaries (tournament and session aggregates, without your identity) to improve and train PokerDataOS analysis models. Only if you expressly turn it on in Settings (“Contribute anonymous hands”, off by default), we also use your imported hands to train those models: they are uploaded anonymized, with no names or aliases of anyone, no hand or tournament ID and only the month they were played. You can turn it off at any time, and when you do we delete what you contributed. We never sell your information or share your game data with advertisers.
3. Providers that process data for us
Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in and database); Paddle.com, Merchant of Record for card payments, which receives your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; NOWPayments, for USDT payments; Sentry, which receives technical error reports without your hand data; Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta, only if you accept measurement cookies; and Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the app from automated abuse.
4. Storage and security
Your information is stored encrypted on Google Cloud servers. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by writing to privacy@pokerdataos.com.
6. Cookies and local storage
We store in your browser (localStorage) what the service needs to work, such as keeping you signed in, and Google reCAPTCHA may use a technical security cookie to tell people from bots. In addition, if you accept them in the cookie notice, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta set measurement cookies so we know which ads bring visits and sign-ups. They do not load until you accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete it, we erase your personal information, except the payment records the law requires us to keep. Game summaries, and any hands you contributed with your consent, are kept anonymized, with no link to your account, to improve the software.
8. Contact
For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights over your data, write to us at privacy@pokerdataos.com.
